Keto Coffee

1 cup freshly brewed coffee (preferably organic and fair trade)

3 large egg yolks (preferably organic pasture raised)

1 TBS butter (preferably organic and grass fed)

1 TBS coconut cream (preferably organic and non-GMO)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp of MCT/fractionated coconut oil or 2 tsp coconut oil (preferably organic and cold pressed

Optional:

cinnamon to taste 

sweetener to taste (preferably natural like stevia)

pinch pink Himalayan salt 

1 tsp collagen powder (preferable grass fed, organic)

 

Combine all ingredients and pulse briefly with blender, immersion blender or whisk. What you'll end up with is a smooth and creamy coffee that will rival any cappuccino! Enjoy!
